Large extension to existing property in Newbury to house a specialist bathroom and therapy room.

​Project Details

A large side extension and double garage with accommodation over was constructed on the side of an existing four bedroom property. The extension provided, on the ground floor a bedroom leading to a specialist bathroom and therapy room. Additional accommodation was provided over the double garage. Access to the first floor was made possible by way of a carriage lift. The ground floor of the existing property was remodelled to and extended with a single storey extension to construct a large kitchen.

Externally new pavings were laid and the driveway was block paved. The specialist bathroom, bedroom and therapy room were linked with a continuous X-Y hoist and the bathroom was fitted with a specialist bath and WC.
​The property was re-wired and re-plumbed and under floor heating was added to the new extensions.
